To our Brown-Daub Family:
We hope this note finds you healthy and safe.
Like the rest of the world, the management at Brown-Daub has been closely following the Coronavirus (COVID-19) while taking guidance from the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, Pennsylvania Automotive Association and National Auto Dealers Association on how to operate. We are in uncharted territory and new information emerges regularly, making business decisions extremely difficult. What we know is the health and well-being of our employees and our customers has been in the forefront of all of the decisions so far, and it will be the focus of all decisions going forward. Our stores have taken extra precautions for everyone’s safety, including adding sanitizer stations, wearing gloves, and having high touch areas cleaned and disinfected more frequently. We have encouraged anyone who is not feeling well to stay home, have discussed regularly the importance of good hygiene and hand washing, and have discouraged physical contact and the sharing of phones, computers, etc. We will continue to make our place of business as safe as possible at all times.
All dealerships will be closing at 6:00 pm daily starting today, March 17th
At this time we have decided it is in the best interest of everyone for the Brown-Daub Family of Dealerships to remain open on a limited basis. Our customers need someplace to service their vehicle or purchase a vehicle in order to commute to their jobs, get to their doctor appointments, pick up prescriptions, and get groceries. As such, all dealerships will be closing at 6:00 pm daily starting today, March 17th. We are dedicated to providing the best service we can during this time, and are available to pick up or deliver your vehicle if needed. We do ask if you are not feeling well to please stay home so we can continue our limited operations without interruption by sickness. Again, everyone’s health and safety is at the forefront of this decision, and we will be diligent in our practices by refusing entry to anyone who is not feeling well.
Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We know that things are scary right now and changes are happening very quickly. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate regularly.
